Booking a photo session means that you, the Client and me, the Photographer, agree to the session.
This legally binding contract represents the entire understanding of the requirements, schedule and payment terms of a photo session. All sessions will happen in the mentioned in the advert location.

A 50% of session value deposit is taken on booking. This secures your slot with me. This is a non-refundable deposit and should you cancel for any reason you will lose your deposit. Your deposit is taken off the total amount owing for the session. 

Payment can be made by cash or bank transfer. The remaining Payment must be paid on the photo shoot latest. Any photos taken will not be released until payment is made. 

All photographs shall be previewed and downloaded by the Client. Because it is a digital file and not a physical product, unfortunately, no returns can be made.

Prints, wall arts, albums, photo gifts can be purchased additionally.

On any MINI SESSIONS, cancellations are not acceptable. During the nature of the session (eg Christmas mini session I shoot just on a few specific days in the year) any cancelling or non-shown on the session will result in a losing deposit fee result. 

Mini Photo Sessions take approximately 20 minutes and the schedule is tight in according to other Clients so ANY late arrival will result in a cancellation.

LIABILITY
The photographer is not responsible for any injuries inflicted upon any participating parties. Client(s) will be responsible for their children and for themselves and release the photographer from any claims against their person or their business (Paulina Bieleninik Photography). The photographer is not liable for any damage that has arisen for the other party. Unless there is gross negligence or intent on the part of the Photographer or persons engaged by her. The liability is, in any case, limited to the amount of the invoice or, if and insofar as there is insured damage, to the amount actually paid out under the insurance. The photographer is not liable for colour deviations or photo prints on products that are not supplied by her. The photographer is not liable for the delivery of less or less good photos than normal due to unforeseen circumstances that are beyond the control of the photographer. Think of children who do not cooperate, instructions that are not followed, weather conditions, illness or injury. The Client understands and accepts that the photographic coverage will be as Photographer's professional expertise determines. Special requests are not binding instructions although every effort is made to comply with the Client’s wishes. In the unlikely event of total photographic failure or cancellation of the contract by Paulina Bieleninik liability shall be limited to a full refund of all monies paid. 

To keep everyone safe the maximum amount of people that can be in my home studio in the same time is 5.

DATA PROTECTION
The Photographer will store the Clients data and session information private and will not share these with any other business or organisation for more information please refer to my privacy notice. 

COPYRIGHT
Paulina Bieleninik Photography retains all copyrights to all images created during the client’s session
(including cooperating artists, they will have the right to share and use photos taken during the
photo session). A print release will be given to Client with digital files to print photos for personal use. The
print release does not allow publication of your portraits (i.e. entering in contests), selling or
altering of your images without the photographer’s written permission. 

It is illegal to copy, scan, download, print, share, alter, or otherwise steal any image created by Paulina Bieleninik Photography during the client’s photo session. This applies to images posted in an online proofing gallery, blog, Facebook, Instagram, hard copy images, removing a watermark or any existing way. If Client(s) steals images via any method listed above, or any other method, the Client will be invoiced for the cost of EACH digital image client has stolen or snap of the title of copyright infringement fee of £1000 will be applied to avoid court action, and must be paid within 28 days.

The images on this site are from a large number of sessions and it is not possible to offer every pose or set up in each session. Every session is unique to each client. If a particular pose, prop or photo is wanted, the Client will discuss any requests before the day of the session.

The Photographer will make every effort to comply with requests for specific photos. However, this will be dependant on the willingness/co-operation of subjects, it may not be possible for all or any of the images requested or expected to be captured.

In the event of an unsettled baby, some requested props or poses may not be suitable and the Photographer will use alternative props or poses. Please note, not all poses and shots are guaranteed.

The Photographer will do everything she can to produce good quality images. However, if your baby or child won’t settle or co-operate resulting in little or no images taken then the Photographer cannot be held responsible. In this instance the Photographer will offer the chance to re-shoot at a time suitable for both parties.

Client must inform me on booking if anyone attending photography session suffers from any health conditions including allergies, photosensitive epilepsy, medical issues, physical difficulties and disabilities etc.

The Client is responsible for the children's safety during the photography session. The Client must therefore ensure that a responsible adult, other than the Photographer, is present at all times to supervise the children.

CHRISTMAS MINI 2023

This year Christmas minis have 2 different family setups + 1 baby setup

I do not take responsibility if the colours decide to wear do not fit with the backdrops used.

Please be aware that if you would like to wear shoes in the studio you need to bring a separate pair of them! Bare feet or socks would nicely complete the setups too!  

Each Scene would fit up to 2 adults and 3 younger kids or 2 adults and 2 teenagers.(might slightly stretch over)

Up to 2 weeks after your photoshoot, you will receive a link to your proofing gallery where you will be able to see all the photos that we took - straight out of the camera (Non-edited!) At this point, you choose your favourite photos that you want me to edit! . Any extra digital images requested outside of Session fee is priced at £15 per image. 

I am not giving any unedited/raw pictures!

All prints (photo prints, albums, wall arts etc) will be available to collect from my studio(NE15DW) on 17th December 2022.

Any physical products(Prints, albums etc) must be paid for & ordered by 20th Nov 2022. I do NOT guarantee the delivery before Christmas if any goods will be purchased after that date! 

Prints and other photo purchases need to be collected by the Client. I am not sending them to the houses. 

The proof online gallery will be available to view the images or download for 1 month time from the release date. 

Please note that photo products can be bought only on top of the package. Paulina Bieleninik Photography does not take any responsibility for the quality and colour accuracy of prints/products bought somewhere else.

Being able to share the photographs I capture is an essential part of running a photography business – after all, seeing my work is usually one of the main reasons clients book me.

By booking with Paulina Bieleninik the Client agrees to the terms listed above.

I provide consent for images captured by Paulina Bieleninik Photography to be used for:
-Photography qualifications and awards,
-Online and printed Portfolio & Website
-Business promotion (e.g. leaflets, brochures, adverts, postcards etc)
-Social Media (e.g. a sneak peek from your shoot on Instagram & Facebook)
